Service Elegibility

We accept persons:

  • With intellectually Disabled adults as the primary diagnosis
  • Who are ambulatory/non-ambulatory;
  • Age 18 and over;
  • With Medicaid waiver or private funding

GRSS staff will provide daily support to the individual to enhance their independent and community living skills. Our program is currently utilizing community resources, attaining personnel goals, and developing recreational and socialization skills to fit the individual to Reign.
